I received this body wash to trial as part of a travel pack with shampoo and conditioner from the same range. This body wash was white in colour and has a slightly runnier consistency than what I usually prefer in a body wash. The fragrance is lovely and it's such a shame that it didn't linger for long after the shower was over. I found that I needed slightly more wash than I usually would apply in order to get an adequate lather, but that it still did the job and also my sensitive skin was left clean and not irritated.

As someone with lots of product build-up and a tendency towards a flaky scalp, this product was just what I needed. It is very thick, white and coarse and I found that I needed a large amount of product to adequately cover my scalp and hair (the instructions do also state this). I used a scalp brush to massage this into my scalp and my hair was left feeling cleaner and ready for my usual shampoo. There have also been less dandruff and I feel that this has been a great help in cleansing my scalp and roots.

I'll start by saying that I don't think this product is designed for me - I'm not a fan of contouring or highlighting in general and although I gave it a red-hot go, I just didn't really see how I can use this product to my advantage. For those who love a multi-purpose make-up product, I'm sure it would be great. I found it a little tacky on application and somewhat reasonable to blend. It does feel like perhaps this is trying to be too many things to to many people and just wasn't for me unfortunately.

This serum comes in the classic Clinique packaging with a stylish and luxury feel to it. The dropper is high-quality and durable and able to distribute just the right amount of serum each time. The serum itself is a whitish, pinkish colour and has a lovely sweet fragrance that quickly disperses after application. I found that although feels slightly thicker than some serums, my skin sucked this up immediately and it left my skin feeling and looking soft and smooth. I looked forward to applying this each morning and will definitely repurchase in the future.

As someone with very dry, cracked hands that are getting washed frequently with hospital-grade soap, I was looking forward to trialing this product. The hand cream comes in the distinctive Du'It colours and packaging, that screams functionality rather than glamour! The hand cream is in an upright tube, which I appreciate as you know that you will be able to minimise wastage. The cream itself was thick, although I did find that it was distributed quickly and was difficult to get just the right amount. The product was thick and moisturising and definitely soothing for sore hands, however I did find that it was quite greasy and took quite a while to absorb which left me feeling a little uncomfortable.

This liquid blush comes in three different shades and I selected the Pink Petal to trial. The packaging is slightly chunky, and I'm not sure that something so small needs such a huge lid! The blush is quite runny and I found that it was a bit of a challenge to only distribute the small amount needed for my face - with lots squirting out at once, so unfortunately, a bit of wastage does seem to occur. I found that once applied, the product blended easily into my skin and that the colour was natural and enhanced my skin tones without being too obvious. I rarely wear blush, so this was exactly the effect I was going for and will happily continue to use.

I received this version of the classic Burt's Bees tinted lip balm in Red Dahlia at the Best in Beauty Awards event. I was drawn to the lovely red tones of this shade and thrilled to see that it provides a very subtle and natural enhancement to my natural lip colour. This balm comes in the standard Burt's Bees tube with the usual solid packaging with the twist dial at the end of the plastic tube. The balm glides on easily and is easily absorbed into the lips without leaving behind any greasy residue. Lips are left feeling nourished and soft and this is a great addition to the work handbag.

This hair dryer is small and lightweight, but doesn't compromise on heat and power. It's a stylish purple and gold colour and looks great. This dryer comes with magnetic attachments that attach easily to the end of the dryer but most importantly, stay attached, even when knocked during drying. Possibly the best thing about this hair dryer is how quiet it is compared to other dryers. It has a number of different heat options and setting - including cooling - and also has the option to cycle through settings so that you don't overheat or damage your hair (or your hands and scalp!). My thick hair dryed quickly and was left looking smooth and tamed.

This hair tool comes in a stylish purple and gold colour that looks great. It's a fantastic tool to take away on holiday when space is at a premium and you need a hair styler that can do more than one thing. My hair is thick, frizzy and often needs a high intensity straightener to keep the frizz at bay, and unfortunately this was not the tool that can do this for me. I initially used on my damp hair as a way of drying and straightening. It was reasonably effective, however I did find that it took quite a while for me to achieve the outcome I was looking for. It was great to have the option of a straightener after finishing with the hot air.

Night creams and moisturisers are never something that I have associated with this particular brand, so I was excited to give this one a go. The moisturiser is contained within a tube and so as far as night creams go, it doesn't fit the standard mold in that respect. The cream is not as thick as I would usually expect from a night cream, but this makes it easy to dispense from the tube. I found that it had a slight fragrance to it, but although I'm not sure what it was, it wasn't unpleasant and disappeared quickly after application. The cream absorbed easily into my skin and didn't leave any greasy residue as some thicker night-time moisturisers tend to do. On waking, my skin felt soft and plump and I will happily continue to use this product.
